Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue the education. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed her first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. The first step is warming up before going on to working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
